Shooting Range

The Shiawassee Conservation Association has an outdoor fire-arms shooting range that is open to members, their spouses/significant others and family members year-round.  To ensure safety and security, the shooting range is located in a fenced-in area and members are provided with the combination to the lock upon joining or renewing their membership each year.

The range is open 7 days a week from 10:00am until dusk.  Members are asked to sign the logbook which is located in the information / bulletin board area of the shooting house.

All caliber firearms are permitted, however no fully automatic guns of any kind are allowed on the range.  Paper targets and a staple gun are generally available on site.  We do ask for donations to help keep the range stocked with supplies.  Buckets are provided for disposal of brass and spent shell casings.  We ask that you leave the range as clean as you found it.

Again, no shooting before 10:00am, please.
